During the summer of 1998, Good Ole Boys was founded by Bocephus and 89IROC-Z. {GOB} was just meant to be for gamers to wear a tag and go out and have fun and hang out together. But one thing lead to another, it started to grow and it didnt take long to figure out that a server and website was to be the next step. As the family grew we moved on to leagues to explore our limits.

Duty called and 89IROC-Z moved on with our forces to pay more attention to the Gulf crisis as well as a few other members of {GOB}. BOHICA and Skoal-Mint had teamed up with Bocephus as owners and now as things continue to grow we have formed a council to spread out duties to help things run more smoothly. Python96 and KILL CRUSH DESTROY were added to the council and they have, without a doubt, helped make {GOB} the community and family that it is today. We have also recently added JarJarIsStillDaBest and WooksNP to the council and they have carried on the tradition, making {GOB} a better place for all. We strive to reach our goals with little demands, as demanding to get what you want will only return to haunt you in the future.

Good Ole Boys servers and forums are open to the public so come hang out have a good time. {GOB} isnt all about just skill, its about who you are as well. I would also like to send out great thanks to all of our members and especially our regulars that come to have fun and support our community.
